I finally figured out the reason described above.
The Secure Connection setting DOES NOT WORK in Cent 132. In Cent 118, when the Secure Connection option is disabled, http:\\ is added to the link. When this option is enabled, https:\\ is added. In Cent 132, https:\\ is ALWAYS added to the link. It doesn't matter if the Secure Connection is enabled or not.
