Thanks for your suggestion.
1.Please use your current extension(is it this one?).Image failing to load probably is due to a bad network connection or server issue, in most cases there are many images not loaded completely rather than only one failed to load.So it may be more efficient to refresh current tab directly.
2.You should firstly copy an URL to clipboard and then click that button.Because the URL edit of our download dialog is read only, so we need an URL existed in the clipboard.
