If this option is enabled, your Cookies/Passwords and some settings are encrypted via Windows API CryptProtectData. This API uses your current credential to encrypt data, so if you move your User Data to other computers or login to other accounts your saved Cookies/Passwords will be lost.
If this option is disabled(like in our portable version), your Cookies/Passwords and some settings are encrypted via symmetric algorithm, so you can keep them unchanged wherever you use the browser.
