make it portable by creating 0 size "cbportable" file in folder named with its version number
set permission for other than that folder, esp. 'User Data' dir. to full for all 3: user (or you the current user), SYSTEM, Administrators,
make that perm. affecting to anything under it, ie. inheritance is propagated
make it 'light' first by removing all files and not important plugins,
restart the cent or altogether the PC
