CTRL + Left Click to open background tab.
This is Chromium/Chrome's default behavior, and is effective in all cases.
Opening hyperlink in background tab can be done by super drag.
Still there are two things we need to do:
1.Home page should be controlled by bookmark opening setting
2.Setting of opening search results
