Keep ManifestV2 extension support

We will try to keep ManifestV2, it depends on the workload.

How is the workload?

Hopefully Cent Browser will be updated with Manifest V2 support. Catsxp 5.6.1 (Chromium 137) still has Manifest V2 support.





I also hope that a Build-in Adblocker like in Catsxp will be part of the next Cent Browser update. Catsxp has a Built-in Adblocker with "Content filters" at Shields, as a subcategory of Content. Users can add custom filter lists to the Build-in Adblocker in Catsxp, what makes extensions like uBlock Origin redundant. 



In the past few years since I discovered Cent Browser, I experienced Cent Browser as the finest Chromium-based web browser. But if Cent Browser continues with a serious lack of updates, and if Manifest V2 support will be ignored by Cent Browser, my experience about the finest Chromium-based web browser may turn to another browser.
