it's just that dark pages work fine for me on windows 10 (19045.3208) x64 browser https://qu.ax/pgPJM.gif other error pages also seem dark.
Do you have any white error page or just the one on the screenshot? Try chrome://kill/ if it's also white, then maybe there's a bug with Windows or the browser version or profile. Try it on a clean profile too.
there was a message about the dark theme not working for websites https://www.centbrowser.net/en/showthrea...0#pid28000 but not about browser pages
so far there has been no one else who has confirmed this error (I'm talking about browser pages)

прикольно, в общем до этого в винде стояла светлая тема и браузер видимо подхватывал исходя из настроек винды. Что удивительно, если уронить вкладку, то там своя темная тема. Если зайти на какой-нибудь сайт заблокированный, то там другая темная тема(именно страничка с ошибкой). Раньше такого не было, браузеру было пофиг на настройки винды(светлая или темная), он смотрел на браузерные настройки.
И что получается: если в винде стоит светлая тема, то в браузере будет каша из светлой и темной темы, даже если ты принудительно в настройках браузера указал темную

Yes, of course, everything works in Chrome, I haven't changed the proxy settings.

It should be solved, you can try adding this command line:
--disable-features=FontPresentWin
