затем что код в custom.css работает везде, даже на chrome страницах, даже в магазине, где не работают стайлусы, даже в расширениях https://i.imgur.com/b1SYo6z.png подсветка img или ссылок как пример

Nothing is useless. You shouldn't listen to anyone. your custom.css works where extensions like stylus do not work

Браузер мертв, к сожалению.. Ищите другие. Я на Яндексе. .Обновление 1 раз в год, это не нормально?. Cent отличный браузер, но создатели за ним не следят.. Обновление раз в год, это очень плохо. Создатели, если вы выпустили программу, то следите за ней, и делайте все вовремя.
