I consistently cannot pass verification
I don't see any problems with passing the Cloudflare verification check on this site. The problem is on your side.

Hmm, now CloudFlare is working. Previously, in Incognito mode with uBlock active, I was not allowed on the site. Now it does, but probably the problem is caused by some extension. It might even be language related, because disabling uBlock, Allow Right-Click and ViolentMonkey didn't affect the positive result, but not in Incognito mode disabling all extensions completely helped me.

Your set of applications is ordinary and hardly affects anything, however, as well as the Incognito mod. These are clearly network difficulties, it's hard to judge. I don't have any problems with any of the sites I visit.

Are other people experiencing the same issue as me with iHerb.com on Cent, where verification messages are constantly appearing, making it impossible to use the website?

Have you tried the latest beta version?

I wasn't aware there was one, but now I have checked the beta directory and found one. I installed it, and now my browser information is:

Version 5.2.1168.57 (Official Build) (32-bit) (Portable) (Chromium 132.0.6834.210)

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/132.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

It seems like iherb.com approved of the new version, and after verifying my identity, it has not reappeared, at least for the time being. It only shows up occasionally, possibly because I am using uBlock Origin.
