How it is possible to register safe bank payments? What programs, expansions can be used? 
Kaspersky Internet Security doesn't work. The Kaspersky Protection expansion doesn't work.

It is far from enough to use software for keeping online bank safety.
You should use an USB key or mobile message verification, etc.
If your bank provides their own client software, you should install it.
If not, you can install anti-virus that has anti-keylogger feature.
