Reader view
#1
Hello!

I think it would be a nice addition to cent browser to implement a read mode like Firefox's read view. It is very beautiful. Smile

I have a somewhat related idea:

It's great if we could have a read-later button, maybe similar to this Firefox extension: click plus button to add, minus to remove, and click green button to access panel list of all pages added.

This way is much better than bookmarks for pages not worth staying open all the time (but need to comeback later) and much quicker to operate (add/remove).

That extension requires an account and data is stored in the cloud (with ads), it's would be great if we have a built-in feature and all things are stored locally.
Sorry for being impatient but how is the new version going? I really can't wait for it!

@CentBrowser I didn't get the --enable-dom-distiller command to work. I was thinking of this: https://support.mozilla.org/no/kb/firefo...-web-pages - I've tried many extentions but none are particularly good. Firefox's reader view works really good and have a clean looking interface with no clutter.

It is still under development, and has a lot of bugs.
Please try to find some extensions currently.
