[Request] Add an option to not focus the URL bar on user specified New Tab page

Being able to specify a URL is great, because it opens faster than extensions which redirect. Problem is, if you set it to open to a search engine, the URL bar hijacking the focus which would normally be on the input is a PITA. I realize some users may prefer the URL bar being focused, but I'd appreciate if you'd consider giving us the option. Thanks.

We may add an option or command line to support switching initial focus.
