Suggestion: tab vertical scroll

Hello, "CentBrowser",

I am writing to suggest a new feature. Now "CentBrowser" has a next behaviour of tab horizontal scroll: tabs, which are not available on the tab strip, are shown in the menu. But you can not scroll the tab bar freely. I suggest to add new two navigation arrows, which will be located at the corners of tab strip. These buttons will allow a user to scroll freely the tab bar to the left and to the right, like in "Firefox", "Yandex Browser" (see it in Yandex Browser blog in Russian) and "Microsoft Edge". See how it might look at the attachment.

Please consider it with the utmost priority, it would have been very helpful. 
People who use Laptops/Notebooks usually don't have a mouse wheel to use.
