Hello to all
I do some research about subject, and found one intresting thing. 
Chromium forks & Cent Browser dont change antialiasing type for small size (size < 10) text by default settings. 
This smearing the text.
This is NOT a normal, Windows explorer and Mozilla Firefox change antialiasing type. Here is compare:



Of course, this can be fixed by disabling direct write. But it options dont work now, and its is not fix this propertly. Some fonts on some web pages looks like broken, like a this:

It's possible to add option in browser settings or flags?
I speak about any options, which change font parameters, like disable direct write?
And of course, these settings should not be difficult to implement. Otherwise, no one will do it.
Although I'm not at all sure that someone will do something. SAD, but true.

It seems that U r using the old version that gamma is not corrected? Try 3.1 beta or 3.2 first.

2 suggestions:
1. enlarge font size in windows setting, nowadays 10pt is really really small, even on non-HIDPI 1080P screen.
2. try Mactype

Now I'm using a new beta version (3.3), I turn off DW, and just block "bad look" fonts with adblock
