Hi. I wanted to change the Cent Browser icon. So I edited chrome.exe and chrome.dll files with ResourceHacker swapped icons resource (I used icon from 7star Browser). And it works, but not quite. In the start menu it is ok, shortcuts too, but when I run Cent Browser task bar still using the old default icon. How is this possible? What source uses the taskbar? Please help. And sorry for my english.

Not quite familiar with this scenario.Maybe you only need to unpin from task bar and pin it again?

But Cent Browser is not pinned to the taskbar. So it must be something else. I've tried to clean icons cache and restart the system. Nothing helps. I will seek further. Thanks anyway
edit
I found it! Just delete
User Data\Default\Google Profile.ico and rebuild icon cache, restart explorer.exe or restart windows.

Hi jack,
If you used a script to replace icons, please, can you post it?
