I recently found that latest version 4.3.9.248 (chromium 86) had issue with scrolling.
If I try to drag the scrolling thumb at the right side of browser right after wheeling up or down the mouse, the drag is ignored(thumb does not move). To avoid this, I need to take one or two sec after wheelup or wheeldown is completed.
Does anyone experience the same issue I do?
