Подключение не защищено (NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID)
#1

Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 x64 Russian

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

So what you lacked is not "GlobalSign Root CA", but other CA.
You need to show the URL of the website and we can check it then.

We already have an option to skip certificate errors, but it is not recommended to use without knowing it:
"Skip warning about certificate error" in chrome://settings/privacy

Generally the root certificates will be installed automatically in your OS by Windows Update.
Do you disabled Window Update?
