Tell me in which Chrome file are the browser font size settings? Or where you can add this style: * {
  font-size: 16px !important;
} ?

We don't plan to add 5.0 beta this time.
It has too many bugs.

Do you want to change the font of the browser window(buttons, menus, bubbles, etc), or the font on the web page?

You are right, font sizes are not customizable in Chrome theme, only colors and backgrounds.
So I recommended the two tools to change font size in #253.
Cent doesn't support using CSS to change UI fonts for now.
If you don't want to change system font settings, just want to change browser font, there may be no way except "force-device-scale-factor".

Increasing the system font in Windows disfigures other installed programs. It cannot be that there is no solution in the browser itself. In Chrome 70 the fonts were normal. Is there any way to reduce the distance between bookmarks on the bookmarks bar? Something like .bookmark-bar button {padding: 0 2px !important;} ?

Go to the "Settings" page then click on "Appearance" then go to "Font size", set it to "Medium" or "Small".

Or you can click on "Customize fonts" and set the font size from the slider.
