Incognito mode and multilogin tabs are independent, how can you be in incognito and open multilogin, or how can you be in multilogin and open incognito?

Have you ever used "Go back/Go forward" in the multi-login tabs before this issue occurred?

May be another DRM issue.
Have you tested it under safe mode of the browser(in Alt+F menu)?
If it works well under safe mode, you may need to check your extensions.
