[Bug] Accelerators contents display

Cent Browser Version: 1.6.10.21, 1.7.6.15, 32-bit, Portable, Clean User profile
OS: Windows XP 32-bit, 8 64-bit

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• Start Browser
  
• Settings -> Under the hood -> Privacy -> Content settings -> Cookies -> Block third-party cookies and site data = enable
  
• Restart Browser
  
• It does not display contents of Accelerators
  

Console indicates error: "Uncaught SecurityError: Failed to read the 'localStorage' property from 'Window': Access is denied for this document."

Thanks for your feedback.
We use localStorage to store original values of accelerators.
Seems we should change for another approach.
