Notification for pinned tab title change
#1
Hi!

My first post, its that important of a feature to me.
Google removed blue dot notifications for pinned tab title changes in chrome 68. ( https://chromium-review.googlesource.com.../+/1052855 ) It makes me really sad, as their own Gmail does not notify user in any way. I was relying on that dot to check for new hangouts messages.
I'd be really glad to see this feature returned in Cent browser if not too much trouble.
Maybe it really distracted some users, but was really helpful for my browsing. So maybe possible to do it configurable and all are happy?

Thanks and good luck!

You may try this extension for Hangouts messages notification.

If it doesn't work, we will try to add blue dots back in the next version.

Thank You for reply!
I have this extension installed, it somewhat helps but not fully. You do see when somebody is texting you in hangouts, but if you stepped away for a few seconds when notification got shown then there is no way to tell if there are any new messages in pinned gmail tab. Google should have added changing favicon for gmail site to solve such cases but of course they do not care.
So this blue dot is my last hope. I really hope You guys have resources to keep this thing in Cent. Although Vivaldi, Opera and Yandex do not have these, it was only pre 68 Chrome and Firefox last time i checked.

What others think? Can someone write a userscript for changing favicon when title changed? I tried that myself but its not too good. Im not a scripter.
