I just updated my browser but still couldn't select the highest quality when playing prime video.

Have you enabled "Offer to save passwords" in chrome://settings/passwords?

Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers work fine. They are automatically selected for HD resolution.

Yes, I have this option turned on, I mean that I changed the password for the account that I use for sync in the browser and now every time I log out of synchronization and want to log in again, I have to manually enter the password.
