They are not the same server.

You can add "--force-device-scale-factor=1.25"(without quotes) to "Startup command line" and then restart the browser.

Probably it is querying safe browsing database, seems safe browsing can't be fully disabled.
You can block corresponding google sub-domains, I guess they are 1e100.net and safebrowsing.google.com.
