STABLE version -- 4.3.9.248
I have a different task.

I need to turn off the Flash.

In version 4.3.9.248, the Flash turns on by itself.

How do I turn off the Flash?

We will look into this feature.

I've come around to preferring the current way CentBrowser groups tabs. I also use Vivaldi.  Cool

Just change chrome://settings/content/flash to "Block sites from running Flash (recommended)".
It is enough to disable Flash.

The option "Place a new bookmark at the top of the list" - when I add a bookmark, it still appears at the end of the list. If I delete it and save it again, only then it remains at the top of the list. Is it bug?
We can't reproduce this issue.
Can you record a video or .gif to show that?

This error is reproduced randomly. Sometimes it's not there. Saving a bookmark again always puts it at the top of the list.
Look at the .gif (it`s my first experience))

--no-sandbox
And test for some time.
Seems to work fine now. However, there is an annoying infobar at every startup: "You are using an unsupported command-line flag: --no-sandbox. Stability and security will suffer."
Is there any way to disable these infobars?

May be a Chromium bug.
It's Windows bug, i think.
