Можете установить это расширение в режиме разработчика из дополнений Opera, оно, естественно, не требует версию 109+

If you were referring "Copy title and URL of current tab", there is such action in Mouse Gesture.
The default shortcut keys are Alt+L.
Or do you mean that you just want to copy some text on the current page, together with the URL of current page?

yes, he meant when you copy the text on the page so that the address from where this text is copied is additionally copied

Can the feature "Copy link to highlight" in the context menu meet the demand?
Or he needs the two-line format similar to "Copy title and URL of current tab"?
