I want to add that for the "Shortcut keys" a more acceptable definition of "Горячие клавиши"

Насчет следующих строк я уверен:

Насчет следующих строк я уверен не так сильно. Предложу перевести "browsing data" как "данных для работы браузера". Для более точного перевода нужно уточнить контекст, т.е. место, где эта надпись будет находиться.

"Clear browsing data" is translated to "Очистить данные просмотров" in Chromium.

Yes, this is more exact. "Browsing data" mean browsing history, сookies, сache etc. Detailed see here
So,
