In beta version 4.0.9.112 non-translated items in Options:

Always show bookmarks bar on new tab page == Всегда показывать панель закладок на новой вкладке
Open all bookmarks by middle-clicking the bookmarks folder == Открыть все закладки, нажав среднюю кнопку мыши на папке закладок
