А где должна быть кнопка "Снимок экрана"? Я такой кнопки нигде не нашёл.

It is still under working.

С недавних пор, все флаги в chrome://flags не имеют перевода.

This is intended, Chromium team says they want to reduce language resource size.

Подскажите пожалуйста как вернуть старый вид настроек (смотрите скриншот по ссылке), а то новый очень неудобный.
